I have lost 90lbs on a meal replacement plan. I put a little on and now I want to make reaL LIFE STYLE CHANGES so that I can improve my weight loss and become truly healthy and create new , happy habits.

Enjoy myself on my journey Exercise 4 times a week (dance and walk) Eat fabulously, relishing every lovely thing. Give thanks. Dust off juicer, to make sure of nutrients.(Have one regularly)

I'm Gerry and I'm from Scotland-- a little village that is super quiet---hardly see anyone! I write and create textile and multi media thingys.
Other Information:
To laugh out loud, I read PG Wodehouse and Georgette Heyer (the historical romances which sound soppy, but are really not) Also "Three Men In A Boat" My lovely man inexplicably doesn't find any of this remotely funny.
