Time for me
I've worked for 30 yrs, now have taken off to work on me! Seriously worked on diet for last yr, only lost 40 lbs., kicked in the exercise, and determined to stop flip flopping the way I've done for the last 30 yrs.

My Goals:
I want to be healthier and happier. Love to play tennis, and I've found in the past 1.5 yrs that you have to do what you love, or this lifestyle change won't work.
My Program:
I eat a lot of mixed frozen fruit as my snacks, lettuce w/ pre-cooked fajita chicken, parm cheese, and low cal dressing. I eat crackers instead of bread, eggs, the frozen dinners under 300 calories are good, and the deserts if you are craving chocolate. I only drink water & coffee. Try to keep my calorie intake around 1100 /day
Personal Information:
I reach plateau's about every 3 months, so I have to change things up. I see a Dr. regularly and he helps with things we don't think about, water retention, bloating, testing for thyroid, cholesterol, etc.
