Happy Monday!! Another month is drawing to a close... I hope you are seeing progress on your journey...

Don't forget that the scale doesn't always tell the whole story. Have you measured yourself lately???

You may just be amazed at what you discover!

Thanks for all the support you give one another. I have learned so much from all of you. I have started exercising in the water again. Went to my doctor and had an MRI of my back. He put me on a new med for depression. If the pain doesn't subside he is going to send me to a pain clinic. My spirits have lifted to level I want to live now. My daughter even remarked that I seemed different. I have lost some weight but my scales only go up0 to 330 lbs so I can't weigh yet. My clothes aren't as tight. In fact one pair of pants started slipping down yesterday while we were at the farmer's market. That sure would have been embarrassing. Everytime I read the posts I get renewed by all of you spark people. Thank you all so much I feel like you have saved my life. I have hope now.

Gerri, hang in there. I know you said that even in the water you have pain. I hope you have talked to your doctor and gotten some advice from him ( or her). I think there are some physical therapy you can bear, and water exercises can be very gentle.
And please take care of the eating. When I started on my journey I weighed 338 and so I know how that feels. I am sure you can do it, just make YOU believe it. Email or leave comments any time you need a boost. emoticon emoticon emoticon
