My Goals:
My short term goal is to lose 10 pounds by April 30, 2009. My long term goal is to get to 125 pounds. If I lose 5 pounds per month, I should hit this goal sometime around the end of October. That seems so far away!
My Program:
I will aim for 45 minutes of cardio 5 times per week and 3 toning sessions of 20 minutes each per week. I am going to stay within my calorie goals every day and drink 8 glasses of water every day.
Personal Information:
I am from the Indy area. I'm married with 2 kids. I love my family, my friends, music, and God.
Other Information:
My favorite book is the Bible. My favorite verse is 1 Peter 5:7 "Give all your worries and cares to God for He cares about you." My favorite band is Matchbox Twenty. My favorite singer is Rob Thomas. I love to travel and to volunteer my kids' school.
