My Goals:
A Healthier future. My final goal is 155 lbs. I started at 239 in June 2012. I met my first goal of 199 on Feb. 18, 2013. Reset goal to 170 by July 3, 2013.
My Program:
Exercise.
Eat when I am hungry, and stop when I am full.
Always eat my fruits and veggies. Love them!
Personal Information:
I am 52 years old. I live in WV. I am a Christian and have been active in the ministry 25+ years. I do mostly Jail ministry at this time. I am also an avid gardener. I raise and can most of my own food. I also enjoy quilting.
Other Information:
I will give God the glory for all my successes.
