Now or Never!
I'm a 32 year old mom of two who wants to be friends with her body again. I'm a Jillian Michaels follower and her workouts have been the basis of my workout routine. I completed 30 Day Shred in the beginning of August, and now I'm on to Ripped in 30. I'm also running-- loosely following the C25K program I've worked up to running 25 minutes/2 miles at a time. I'll consider myself a graduate when I run 30 minutes straight, which should be any day now! My current goal is ...
