Now or Never!

I'm a 32 year old mom of two who wants to be friends with her body again.

I'm a Jillian Michaels follower and her workouts have been the basis of my workout routine. I completed 30 Day Shred in the beginning of August, and now I'm on to Ripped in 30. I'm also running-- loosely following the C25K program I've worked up to running 25 minutes/2 miles at a time. I'll consider myself a graduate when I run 30 minutes straight, which should be any day now!

I did a search on Fit2Fit and came across your blog. I saw that you had decided to up your calories. I have been listening to their podcasts over the past few weeks and what they say makes sense. However, I am having a really mental block in upping my calories. I think that I am going to give it a try though, my current method isn't getting results I want. Did you try it and if so has it worked for you?
