I introduced myself in the group. I see many blogs from 2014.
I know it is Sunday so perhaps I will hear from you the leader back Monday. I have taken your sites to learn things. I have not any dietition where I live that has been educated on the low FODMAP so I decided to join here. Hope it is not Ghost no People, gone group.
I see Facebook has a huge self help Group but decided to see what group help here is available .
so I just posted on the FODMAP community group. I'm a bit frustrated with the differing FODMAP food lists. Also, finding that there is soy in about everything from vitamins to protein powders.
