I've become complacent regarding my health and weight. The sedentary challenges of my lifestyle took hold of me, and I find myself sitting in front of a computer with a pain in my back and creaky knees.
I'm tired of wearing "what fits" I'm at a point in my life where I am unencumbered, except for this extra 50lbs. I'm sick of it - and I'm getting back in the game.
Anybody with me?
