Welcome back to SP! I can relate to your comment about gaining 2-3 lbs/year. Uggh! So nasty! Earlier this year I started (again) logging everything I ate and every time I exercise in attempt to lose some of this nastiness. The result felt slow in the beginning, but in April I have lost one pound per week. Slow, but steady. I feel confident I can keep this up this time. If I keep losing that one pound per week I'll be at my goal weight by mid August. I just discovered the calorie differential report on SP. That is such a great feature! I'm using it every day now, and feel more in control with it. Good luck, and have fun along the way!
