Honestly, I just feel better when I work out, but that COULD just be the endorphins talking...

As it says, my name's Geoff. I won't lie, I have a hard time staying consistent with working out, eating right, etc etc, but then again, so do most people I know. BUT! I do my best. My main goals with working out are to keep a healthy heart, and maintain a relatively low body fat percentage. Plus, running just seems to relax me - and I get stressed pretty dang easily.

In reference to the page title: coconuts. Being an ftm transman, I do have to deal with a lot of bodily dysphoria, and I find that staying in shape gives me a reason to not hate (for lack of a better word) the body I was born with. Like I said before, one of my main goals is to have low body fat. With low body fat comes more definition, and therefore more parts to look at and feel good about, without feeling as grossed out.

What can I say? It's a work in progress, but I'm workin on it! :) Everybody keep up the good work!

My Goals:
I really just want to get back in shape. I used to play soccer, and I could run all day. Now, well...not so much. Also, there's nothing that feels better than seeing your wieght numbers drop, AND your average heart rate drop along with it.

My Program:
I'm currently training for a 5k (yes, i know i've done it before, but i fell off the band wagon. Sue me.) As far as strength training is concerned, I prefer to make my own workouts, use them for about three to four weeks, then change things up. Keep it fresh ;)

Personal Information:
I'm from Houston, Texas, and I'm just workin my butt off. I work graveyards at a gas station close by, and I might have a second job lined up soon! yayyyy money for work out equipment!

Other Information:
Pie is probably my favorite thing on the face of the planet to eat...
