My name is Lisa. I am a five year breast cancer survivor. In the process of living through cancer I let my fitness fall to the wayside. I am back! I joined the gym in January 2010 and started tracking calories! When I lost weight I went back to my eating habits..oh no! Haven't lost the weight but kept going to the gym. Blood pressure is great and so is energy level! I keep hitting personal milestones but have yet to commit them to writing them down on paper.

Currently at the gym 5 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do Group Power for 60 minutes( Power class with weights) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays are for spin class. Sundays are my off day ( or make-up day)

I am so sad that I didn't get this message - I haven't had computer access since about 1:00pm on Friday afternoon.

How did you do? I bet you ROCKED it! I did OK for my first time out. I had set the personal goal of beating 1:15 and I think I finished in about 1:08 according to my own stopwatch.

Hope you had an awesome time - by the way, whereabouts do you live out there?
