Hi! I'm trying to lose weight in a way that will work for me. I've tried other diets and exercising A LOT and it didn't really work for me, because i'd just crave a lot of foods. I could never keep the weight off. So now i'm turning to counting my calories (but not being obsessive about it) and counting my fat intake. So far i've been losing it alone, but getting support from my mother. As she said to me "If it makes you feel good about yourself, then okay... but don't put too much pressure on ...

Just because we limit ourselves it doesn't mean we cant have a treat once in a while when we've been really good.
