That's a shame about the material, so what colour have you settled on now? You must be good at sewing, I'd be a nervous wreck this close to the event and not having started yet! LOL! Yes, I want to see some nice pics of you in your gorgeous dress when you're done - I will keep my fingers crossed for you for further weight loss and a beautiful outfit on the night.
Hi Tammy, I am doing lots of plank and abdominals in the dvd's I do and I have to say my core is coming along nicely! LOL! Problem with my back is an old injury from hockey, I don't think I did myself any favours by going back last year after sooo many years off - needless to say I gave it a miss this year and no doubt it will take a while till it settles down again. Baby steps as they say, I really do need to pay attention to the warning signs and then rest. I had the day off from exercising yesterday and back into it this morning and I feel great! What plan are you following and where do you go for your weekly weigh-ins?
Yea on the exercise. Now if I could just get back into it.... Don't know how the weight went this week; we didn't have a meeting. Holiday on Monday (our usual meeting night) - I didn't really follow it too closely either, so I wouldn't expect to have lost anyway. I have to get back on track this week as we do have weigh in next week.
Maybe you should try some exercise/class/dvd that works your core...that helps make your back stronger too. :)
