HELLO!!!

Most of childhood, as I remember it, I had a belly. Mostly slender but with a belly. I had never had a defined waist line. As I grew into adolescence I allowed this to cause me grief and suffering. I became less and less active and it started to show.

After some time i would experiment with fad dieting: drinking potions before bed, and popping diet pills. The summer before my senior year of high school I gave up cheese burgers and lost 20 pounds. I was 140 and I loved it. but by the second semester I had put that back on and them some.

I stayed around 170 - 180 for a while. 2004 I broke with the man that I thought would be my husband, and I compensated for the heart break by eating. Eventually topped the scale at 200 pounds.

2006 I moved out of my mother house. I didnt make much money and was "forced" to eat healthy. I got a job as a valet had to run to retrieve cars. I gained energy and strength. 25 pounds lighter and I was down to a size 8.

Then I moved to GA. I got a job sitting behind a desk and I ate ridiculous every day. I went from a very active lifestyle to one when you had to check if I was breathing to tell if I was alive.
