I Think I Ate Too Much

Hello, my name is jennifer and I'm a foodaholic. My meals are pretty healthy (low fat, low calorie) and I'm pretty good at portion control AT the table. My Program:
I'm just following the sparkpeople recommended calories and doing the fitness plan. Im starting the running plan recommend by sparkpeople that will have me running in 8wks. Running has always been a dream of mine!

Other Information:
My weakness/cryptonite: Sweets and tiredness. Two things that make me lose control of my eating.

Actually, I've lost very little since then, but my eating has been sporadic at best. I'm exercising a lot though. I'm hoping that I'll be able to give 100% effort to counting calories this week so I can see more results. Either way, I don't expect you guys to see any difference next time you see me.

I've just been busy...and feeling blah. I gained another pound:( Followed my calorie range faithfully every day except Thursday. So still feeling discouraged and confused as to why I'm gaining and what I need to do to reverse this.
