Ready for a change...

Hi Everyone! 2 years ago I lost 40 lbs to be a beautiful, healthy bride! And now, I am an unhealthy young mom of a little girl. I never expected to feel so overwhelmed that healthy food just wasn't on my mind. I was always ready to get back to my pre-preg weight, but once I got a taste of the bad stuff... I couldn't control my intake. Until now... I am ready to be have my energy back, to feel better about myself, and I am sooo ready to have my wardrobe back!!!

I never expected to feel so overwhelmed that healthy food just wasn't on my mind. I was always ready to get back to my pre-preg weight, but once I got a taste of the bad stuff... I couldn't control my intake. Until now... I am ready to be have my energy back, to feel better about myself, and I am sooo ready to have my wardrobe back!!!

Why now? Well, first of all... I definitely waited too too long! But my reality check was a picture taken on Dec.26th at a friend's party. Luckily it was my picture and no one else saw it!!! But my gut looks like I'm preg again, and I have BACK FAT!!! I have never had back fat! That was enough for me to know... I have gone too far!

I might have a trip coming up in March, and it would be really lovely if I can be prepared for it. =)

My Progress:
Starting Weight- 12/29/10- 193.6

TIP- Don't deprive yourself... if you are craving, have what you want...just limited portions and the slower you eat...the LONGER it last ;)

My Goals:
Goal #1. To loose get to my pre-preg weight (165).

Goal #2. To fit into my wedding dress once again... even if it is just for fun. =P

Goal #3. To get myself & my husband eating healthier.

Goal #4. To be fit for my possible vacation in March (to Hawaii).

My Program:
After having my little girl, I kind of gave up on my good healthy habits that I once learned from Alli & from Spark People. It has been 15 months since she was born, and I am ready to get back to my healthy life style. Embarrassed that it took so long to get here, but better now then never.

Other Information:
My part time hobbies are:



Cooking... love to invent my own dishes, and luckily my honey likes every one of them, lol... or so he says. I get very excited when I created something that tastes great and is low fat and low calories.



I am also very into photography, and digital editing. Unfortunately, I hate that it is time consuming on the computer... Last thing I need is to continue to sit on my butt and be on the computer.... but I love working on pictures.

I get Clean Eating magazine, they have some great gluten free recipes in there.
Its basically just eating fresh produce,meat..etc. You do have to stay away from some salad dressings,ketchup,and things you would be surprised that have gluten in it.
