My Goals:
I would like to get back to the healthy happy person I used to be.
I am going to stop putting my career first at the expense of my life and my family.
I want to get fit, eat better, lose a few pounds of fat and enjoy life again.

My Program:
I have nothing definite planned yet. I am going to take small steps in all areas of my life. I intend on focusing on the reasons and the results and push my way to a new lifestyle. I think having 'trackers' will be my biggest help in evaluating my progress.

Hi, responding to your question on how to cut down on caffiene. Do Not go Cold Turkey! You will feel like you got the flu and have a terrific headache for three days! Cut down one cup of coffee or one can of pop every couple days. Patience!
