My Goals:
My goal, right now, is to try and establish a regular exercise routine.
My Program:
Thanks to my employer, BCBSMA, it might happen. We have this great new walk station - a treadmill with a computer. I actually get paid to walk and work for an hour 3 times a week. It's the coolest thing.
Personal Information:
I am a transplanted NYer. Lived most of my life on Long Island and moved to Boston in 2006. I work for Blue Cross and have had a year full of medical problems (for which I am thankful for the HC coverage). I have a husband, 2 wonderful children and a wonderful daughter-in-law. Of course, the best thing is being grandma (actually yiayia in Greek) to my two beautiful grand children, Emmie and Will.
Other Information:
Aside from being with my family, my passions are classical music, reading, crafts - too many to name, photography (my granddaughter won't let me take her picture because she says I have too many already LOL).
