I hope to lose excess pounds, but even more than that, to be in good health by eating right and exercising.
I am trying to establish good eating habits, including healthy food choices, smaller portions, and small healthy snacks. I also am committed to walking on the treadmill or outside at least 30 minutes every day.
I am a mom of five wonderful adult children, one beautiful granddaughter and a new little grandson. A retired teacher by profession, I currently help my 92-year-old mother, teach Sunday School, play the piano, decorate cakes, and do genealogy research. No wonder I haven't had time to exercise! I have to MAKE time.
