with sw and ww & sp calorie range going to focus on sw &sp as suites me best and when am up to it going to try and get into other exercise as well as walking:

Hey Gemmajo, thanks for the comment on my page emoticon Not doing SW at the moment, I found I overate on it, I saw free foods as the green light to go ahead and eat lots and lots of those foods unfortunatly@! I' currently calorie counting and exercising- LOTS lol. Still have my good days and bad days diet wise like, I'm sure I always will, it's just learning to get back on track asap I suppose, instead of a week or two of overeating!
How are you doing? Are you still doing SW? xx
