Eating for my blood type, avoiding avoid foods and eating beneficial foods, Changed my plan, eating raw fruit,vegetables, nuts, seeds, beans. Will see what happens during this challenge. I will continue with Blood Type Diet, mentioned in first sentence as I do this.
