Fighting the fat girl inside one day at a time

I'm Michelle. Married mother of two. I'm currently residing in Glen White, WV, but am originally from Burgettstown PA. (And I miss it quite a bit) One day I'll move back there. I've had issues dealing with my weight through out my whole life, pretty much. At the age of 14, shorter than I am now (which is a short 5'2") I tipped the scales at around 190 lbs. By the time I was 17, I got my weight down around 130. It kind of happened on accident. via chat rooms, I decided to become a vegetarian, ...

(along with some eating disorders on the side, I guess you could say) I do eat meat again because I was starting to get sick from not eating the right foods when I was a veg. But 4 year was pretty good, I think. Anyway, from poor habits at college, and 2 babies my weight went up and my body just kind of sags. Onward to remedy that!

My Goals:
I want to tone up enough to look good for a rib cage tattoo that I want, and would like to get rid of the jiggliness.

My Program:
I'm trying to make myself workout everyday, or at least 6 out of 7 days of the week. Joining Sparkteam challenges to try to keep myself in check to make sure that I'm doing things everyday.

Stick with the Shred. It gets easier. DO NOT do it 2 days in a row. You have to let your body have some time to recover. Just do as much as you can. Take breaks if you need to. By the way, I think the beginning is the hardest part, so maybe take some breaks early on and see if you can get through that part to finish the video. Best wishes!
