Long term goal: Lose 69 pounds and get healthy.
Shorter-than-long term goal: Begin walking again on a regular basis. At least 2 miles at a go. Keep up with my squats and crunches.

Life is merely made up of a bunch of decisions. Our decisions determine where we go and what happens along the way. The path to success is to gradually take one step at a time in a new direction by making different choices one decision at a time. Just thought I would send you a word of motivation.
