Inspired to Change

This time last year, I was determined to lose 12 lbs. This January, I find myself in the same spot. I think it's ridiculous that I am writing the same goal two years in a row. I have so many people around me that have made life altering changes to their diets. I know I can do it, too! I'm ready to feel strong and healthy.

That quote hits home with me as I get older. I know that I have undone much of the healthy progress I had made (as my latest doctor’s appointment showed!).

I am beginning March with renewed determination to live a healthier lifestyle and make positive movements toward the ME I want to be.

Thank you for the comment you left on my blog. It is a great idea, but I don't have any friends that travel a lot. My friends from DC travel a little bit because they come here every year to visit their grandma, but they usually drive.
