Well, another year and a new day...i'm still here..and although i have gained weight back , i'm gonna get back on track and get healthy and active!And well i haven't completed my goal from a year ago, i'm in a better emotional place...i've learned that you can only rely on yourself and your family...and that when it comes to it, your the one who has to do it! no one else...
With my 265 days days done, and my birthday come to past i figured it was time to restart/redo my page....my birthday goal was met!I started my journey at a scary weight of 256lbs and in a little under 9 months have lost 57 lbs!!! and also 23inches!
So, now what you may ask?
I still wanna be healthy and able to keep up with my kids, and live a long good life out of respect for my deceased friend(RIP Amber)...
So new goals:
get down to a healthy BMI
Exercise 45 minutes to 1 hour a day
Feb.1,2011 intro to me.......31 yr old married to a great man,mother of 2 boys..trying to lose weight after realizing life can end anytime(lost a friend the same age as me because of an infection!)..and i wanna be healthy, and happy...i wanna be able to play with my boys and keep up with our friends..not be the fat, overweight person who can't do what everyone else is doing :(
When i realized that i was 44 lbs from 300 i got a big SHOCK!and then as i thought about my friend losing her life so early, i knew i had to do something..
First step was to find help..and i found that here..
256-starting weight(highest i have record of as well)
236- April 16, 2011(20lbs!)
206-august 10,2011(actually 205)....
under 200 by my birthday(199.5)October 28,2011 reward for this-Tattoo
My main goal is to be under 200lbs...but i'd like to make it to a healthy BMI rating, for which i'd need to get down to 175....

Get down under 200 is the ultimate goal...however i'm gonna be doing this 5lbs/month(the beginning)
By june i'd like to be at 205 atleast..
I am watching portion sizes and cutting back a lot on sugar, chocolate(a big weakness of mine) and also eating none or very little junk snack foods....
I'm eating more veggies and not snacking at night or in front of the computer..
Also I'm getting exercise EVERYDAY, and keeping active...also got ZUMBA for our wii...plus got an elliptical..
MOVEMENT!!! don't sit down when you could be active...anything is better than sitting :)
Mother of 2 boys, Jacob is 9 and hunter is 6.Married for 11 yrs this July...but with my guy 17 yrs this September.
Love to read almost anything..total HARRY POTTER fan, love TWILIGHT series, survivor, Gray's Anatomy and Private Practice, oh, and House.
