Thanks for the kudos. I haven't started strength training again - yet. I've been walking regularly, though. Oh, and I did a belly dancing video on Monday and my legs are STILL sore. I used to bike a lot though, so I guess it doesn't take too much for my legs to get firm again. I think it's called "muscle memory"?

I don't kick box, although I'd love to try it. I've heard great things about zumba, and I want to try that too!
