Hi Angela!

It looks like the last day you tracked your food was last Wednesday....breakfast.......don't forget to use the nutrition tracker. It's a great tool to keep you on track..

The week before looked great with getting in your walks... I noticed that you enjoy sweets just about every day, and I know its hard sometimes but I have found that setting aside one day a week with a measured portion works for me.
