My Goals:
My goal is to lose the weight I've regained, while regaining control of my eating habits and establishing portion control again.

My Program:
I am currently doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 or 6 days a week and strength training for about 10 minutes a day. If there is time, I do some additional strength training in the evening.

I also try to sneak in extra "steps" by parking away from buildings and playing outside with my children.

I've recently realized the importance of stretching after a workout. I feel much better and don't have soreness in my hips when I stretch.

I am a mom, wife, teacher, and friend in NE Nevada.
