Oh My!! Third Time Around??

Oh my, where to start... i've been gone for another 2 years from SparkPeople... one day i woke up and just stopped... stopped dieting... stopped exercising... stopped everything... to be honest, what contributed to this was a combination of depression, laziness, and FaceBook... but this week, here at the end of May is my chance to come back and make my life better... AGAIN... first days to exercise, first days to eat right, and now, the first day to ask for support from past friends... i did so ...

My Goals:
With the support of the people on this website, and with more determination than i've ever had before, i hope to gain control of my weight, get control of my eating, add exercise to my day, and become healthier & more energetic, as well as, happier.

My Program:
I WILL...
... watch what i eat so i'm not taking in empty calories
... add more fiber to my diet
... meet my water intake goal of 8 cups of water each day
... walk 30 minutes each day
... come to SP each day to reinforce my motivation and commitment to bettering my health

Personal Information:
I am now 60 years old... editing this information shows that i've been gone again for 2 years from SP... married 41 years... i have five children and 12 grandchildren... they are the light of my life... pretty much all of my life i've been a stay-at-home mom... when i was finished raising my kids, there were grandkids to babysit for... i love it...

Other Information:
~ I'm Catholic and my faith is very important to me.
~ I've been crocheting since July of 1982.
~ I quit smoking in April of 1979... woohoo, 35 yr anniversary for that!
~ Right now, and for the next 5 months, i am involved with a write-in campaign to re-elect our current sheriff.

I"m sure together we can get on the right spark track and get motivated and moving. I am going to set up a plan this weekend and going to start fresh monday. the only other challenge i have to work on is that i work night shift midnight ot 8am and that can be tricky

we can do it!!
