Very sad to say, I never went down any more from 162, instead I started going back up due to a lot of personal stress in my life, and am now at my highest ever of 212 (April 2011). So, here I am trying to start over again. I an keeping the previous message on here as a reminder to myself that if I did it once, I can do it again!

My Goals:
I want to look amazing and look as fabulous on the outside as I am on the inside. I want to be able to go shopping and have everything look good on me. I want to be sexy, I want to be "that hot girl"...I want to set a good example for my son, I want to be healthy.


My Program:
1200-1500 calories daily.
Exercise 3-5x a week for 30m.
Primal/Paleo diet.

Personal Information:
I am 5'2", and an hourglass/pear shape. I carry most of my weight in my butt/hips/thighs, and have a smaller waist. I'm blessed with a good figure, but have hovered around 200 for most of my adult life. I've lost 50ish lbs a couple of times but never had any plan for ongoing maintenance. I realize now that what I'm doing now to lose weight, I will probably have to continue the rest of my life to keep it off. This time I plan to not only take off that 50, but another 20 to truly get myself into the HWP range for me. (height to weight proportion) I have never truly been "skinny" and very much want to be, while my body is still young for me to enjoy the vanity part of it :)

Other Information:
Crafty, thrifty, geeky girly girl who spends way too much time at my computer. I'm a single mom, Front-end Web Developer, full-time student, and an exhausted woman.
