I need to lose weight...not want to but NEED to. I had an MRI recently of my knees and they are both bone on bone. If I don't lose this weight, I will have serious joint issues. I need all the help and support I can get!
I am eliminating sugar and white flour from my diet. I am reducing fat. I am organizing my daily tasks so I can make more time for fitness. I have joined a local gym and will begin their Biggest Loser group.
