The end ! Finally! My feet hurt! Hugs make it worthwhile.

I like it because it reminds me that no one has it easy. I often see people who look like they have it made, a twinge of jealousy. Then I get to know them. Their life is no easier than mine....just different. Different challenges and some of the same challenges. We are all here at Spark people for one reason....to improve ourselves. The specifics are different....but the idea is the same. Spark People helped me get back to a weight where I was happy. Now my challenge is to perserve with goals and living healthy. How to do it: 1) Be consistent. Log in your food. Even that itsy bitsy peppermint patty. It'll keep you honest. 2) Exercise almost everyday. We weren't made to be sedentary. Crazy schedule? Try just 10 mins. Ride a bile around the block. Situps/pushups before you dash to work. Jog while you wait at ballet practice. 3) Find support. We all are doing variation of the same thing. There are so many spark teams...you'll find one with similar interests. 4) Set specific goals and set specific rewards for those goals.

Trying to eat 5 fruits/vegetables a day and get 8 glasses of water. Run at least 3 times a week tennis - !!! weight lift 2x week Yoga or Pilates when I have extra time
