Do What You Can, Where You Are, With What You Have

Beating Perfectionism. So many times I've skipped a great recipe because I didn't have all the ingredients, or I didn't bother trying that exercise because they used special equipment. Well NO MORE EXCUSES! Eating more vegetables imperfectly is better than not trying at all. This time I'm setting the bar at eye level, not way over my head.
Improvising, Adapting, Forgiving myself, and Persevering, God willing.
