My Goals:
My personal goal is to get my weight down to 185. I hope to do these through better eating habits, plenty of exercise, and lots of laughter (Just kidding).

My Program:
For now since I am just taking it one day at a time I am just trying to watch what I eat and reduce my portions and throw more exercise in as time goes on. In other words I am not going to kill myself, but try to live a healthier life style!

Thanks for the well wishes. I am so happy to be back to the exercising. I took a break for medical reasons, managed my calories well and gained very little. Didn't lose anything of course but now that I am back I am sure I will hit my goal and with all the things I have learned about healthy eating, maintaining that weight should not be a problem. I am glad to see that the slow and steady lifestyle change seems to be suiting you. Keep it up. Oh and my mom says hi.
