My Goals:
Increase upper body strength, increase endurance, lose weight and have fun doing it.

My Program:
Resistance Training 3 x a week, work with a personal trainer once every two weeks. Cardio for 60 minutes 4 days a week. Low carb diet which is killing me most of the time.

Personal Information:
From Saskatchewan, Canada. Hard to keep motivated in the winter when it is -40C outside, all you want to do is eat chocolate and stay warm.
