Hello, all! I'm Courtney. Sparkpeople and I have an on again off again relationship. It's been four years. But really, this place is amazing. Stick to it, it's worth it. I'm going to try, AGAIN, to take my own advice.

My program:
FOOD-
*Avoid: HFCS, Sodium, Processed foods
*Eat 3 meals a day (Plus healthy snacks as needed)
*All meals should include: Carb, Lean Protein, Produce
*Be mindful of what I'm eating
*Read Labels!!! (You'd be surprised ...

*Boycott restaurants that don't have nutrition info available. If it's so bad that they can't tell you what's in it, you probably shouldn't be eating it.
*No Fast Food
*No Soda
*DRINK WATER!!!!

EXCERCISE-
I have no set routine at the moment, however things I enjoy are: WiiFit, Bellydancing, Walking, Stability ball

Plan to start Couch to 5k program with the hubby (and maybe the kids too!) as soon as I finish getting over this chest cold.

I'm new to sparkpeople today and still very confused right now, but less so than a few hours ago :) I'm in the last 2 weeks of my bachelor's in psych and I start the Master's program for Human Behavior in July. So excited to get a 4 month break from school coming up! I think I signed my kids up for every after-school activity available in anticipation :) What are you going to school for?

Me too... My life has been hectic, and I just kind of gave up for a while. I'm trying to come on SP every day now though, it helps me so much. Hope things are going well for you.
