I work a full time sedentary job, and I attend the University of Louisville College of Business full time. I have an 12 year old daughter and a three year old Weimaraner/Doberman. I have very little time for exercise an it's very easy to grab something from a fast food restaurant. Those are my challenges. I run in the morning, walk at lunch, park far away from my school building in the afternoon and walk at night.

"You have failed only when you stop trying. Until then, you're still in the act of progression.
So, never quit trying and you'll never be a failure."
