Running on Water

I'm from Wisconsin and I have been in the U.S. Navy since 1996. With the responsibilities of having a family and a job in the military, my health and weight have suffered under the stress of my job and the crazy schedule that I keep. While on deployment, I am planning to make some changes and participate in exercise initiatives with my shipmates. My first step is to begin running on an elliptical and ride a stationary bike on the ship to rack up miles for the 200 mile challenge.
