I'm a young web developer from Philly! Living in South Jersey now. I grew up playing soccer and had to switch to weightlifting when I outgrew my favorite sport. I would love to get back into shape and play in an adult soccer league.
I sit in front of a computer all day, but we have a gym here that I joined and I'm in there 5 days a week now.

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to get back to my high school weight of 225. I'm 6'5 so I think that would be a good weight for me.
My Program:
I turned my second bedroom into a home gym with a fake bowflex and a boxing gym. I also have a gym at work.
I am in the gym 90 mins everyday during the week and I do about 30 mins on the weekends.

Cardio (60mins/day)
Weights (30 mins/day)

Cardio (30mins/day)
I eat healthy during the week, but on the weekends I will usually relax quite a bit. Keeps me motivated and happy.
