WAAAAAAAH! I am SO *backsliden* in the strength training department...and at a time in my life when it's ever so important. All I want to do is 20 min. 3-4 times per week...but do you think I can reb up the enthusiasm, determination, discipline for even that? I'm at my wit's end. Any ideas, feedback???
