    Yeah, there IS a lot on here! I start by tracking all food, and trying to track all exercise. I set my fitness goals to 30 minutes cardio 3x a week. If you choose to have SP make your strength training workout, they will tell you what to do and you can just check it off on the myfitness page.

    I am really active on only 1 or 2 teams. I have a 50 pound challenge team that I follow their monthly challenges (see how much you lose in a month) and then they give you a gold star for every 10 pounds lost (silly, I know, but it's the little things). I also joined another challenge, but that one is closed when they hit a certain number of people. Truthfully, I like the smaller teams so you can get to kind of know people.

    So, start with those things. Oh, and on the start page, be sure to spin the points wheel everyday. I really like getting enough points to get a "Bonus Spin" (25 in a day). Again, silly, but fun.

    Then gradually check out other stuff. I personally like doing challenges that are tracked automatically or on the "other goals" page.

    Good luck! I've been on SP for 2 years now, but just this summer is when I have been really using it to its full advantage!

    Hey there!! There is a TON of stuff you can do on this website and it's been going great on my end. I hope you like it as much.

    Have you checked out the fitness tracker? It will plan your workouts for you if you want--very cool. And then there are points to earn... OH and when you get 25 points you get to spin the bonus wheel. OK, so it might seem silly, but I find myself thinking "only 100 points to the next level!" and loving how they add up. haha!
