My Goals:
My goals are to utlimately get down to 140 lbs. I want to learn how to eat right and do the right kind of exercises to help me reach that goal.

My Program:
I am going to enter everything I eat in myh tracker and enter all my exercising. I plan on doing strenghth exercises 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. I also want to walk 2 miles every day.
