Hello everybody! Thanks for stopping by. I've been away from here for awhile but I'm back and I'm motivated for a change. I love SP challenges and I find that help me stay accountable and get results. I've been making healthier food choices since 2/1/2016 and I've lost 3 pounds as a result. I'm now getting g back into an exercise program and I feel great. I'm currently using the DDP Yoga program and am already seeing changes and am feeling great. I'm also using Coach Nicole videos for ST.

My Goals:
I'm back working my way back to Onederland again. I'm gonna stay there for good....not just visit for a little while.


My Program:
I work full time and do a great deal of walking at my job. I'm finding some difficulties motivating myself after I get home as I'm so pooped from the job. I've started with eating better again and drinking more water and cutting out the soda. Next is to try to get some extra cardio as well as ST in 3 times a week.



Personal Information:
I'm just a 41 year old from Northeastern PA. I noticed that the longer I have been out of college, the more the pounds are coming on. many more years.


Other Information:
I need to get back into reading more often so my brain doesn't turn to mush! I love my music though. I'm a huge Rammstein and Smashing Pumpkins fan. I also love Radiohead, Rob Zombie, Placebo, R.E.M., Crash Test Dummies, Richard Cheese, and Sonic Youth to name a few. This list will go on for miles if I don't stop myself.
