I want to be happy with ME!

I have edited this so many times, that I am just going to make it simple to start. I want to change my body and in the process, change my mind. Actually both equally. My mind is my saboteur. I want to get both right. It is the day after Christmas 2013 and I have began my journey. I am going to do lots of journaling on here until I can't think of anything else to say. My Program:
I have found out that my BMR is only 2560 and you are supposed to eat 500 calories less than that a day so knowing that:
-2060 Calories or less per day

-Exercise 120 min/week.

-7 -20 oz bottles of water per day

-Lots of fruits and veggies!!!

Hi Gayle! I added you after I read your blog about the day after Christmas and starting a new day and a new way of eating, etc. I found your blog when I was looking at different blogs to read. Wow, can I ever enter in to what you're going through. Ya, me too! I joined SP in August of 2011 after I had lost some pounds and lost a total of 67# with SP and before. Since then, I've gained 15# back and have lost my motivation. Oh, I still exercise and still track everything, it's just that I like to eat too much of everything. I'm a sugar addict and once I start, it's like I can't stop! I won't give up though and it looks like you won't either. We will make 2014 our year of success! emoticon PS....I have RA too, so I know that we have to push through the pain! You and I can relate to each other on that level too! emoticon emoticon
