I want to be happy with ME!
I a 44 year old mother of two and grandmother to one. My oldest is out of the house and has her own 2 year old baby girl. My 18 yr old daughter is graduated and lives with her dad now. I am an RN of two years. I love my job! I need to be in good health if I am going to be caring for others health. I have been a part of Spark on and off for a long time and am sad to say that I have not made the progress that I wanted to. I have binge-eating disorder. You hear people talk about anorexia and bulemia, but you don't hear much talk about just plain binge-eating minus the throwing up. This has been me all of my life and the only time it was under control was when I was obsessed with something that was more powerful at the time. It's nothing less than an addiction, and like with any addiction, there is alot of shame involved. I have decided that I need to be an overcomer. I want to make my way to 160 and feel good again. I am tired of feeling tired and terrible for so many reasons. I want to make all of the people who have been such tremendous support to me PROUD!! I have made a slew of goals to enrich my life in ALL areas, not just in losing weight, such as growing spiritually, incorporating additional ways of stress relief, etc. They will all help with my losing weight too. I have just hired myself a personal trainer. I believe it will aid me in keeping motivated as well as give me some direction and encouragement. It took me many years of bad choices to get this way and it will take time to get it back off, but just as important to get myself fit in general. I am excited!! It just so happens to come at the beginning of a new year. 2013 is going to be my best year in many!! I am thankful for the endless amount of support I have between friends and family as well as the tools I have at my disposal. I told my trainer: "I have all of the tools, I just have to put them to use!" .

My Program:
I have found out that my BMR is only 2560 and you are supposed to eat 500 calories less than that a day so knowing that: -2060 Calories or less per day -Exercise 120 min/week. -7 -20 oz bottles of water per day -Lots of fruits and veggies!!!
