I'm gonna make it this time!

In a few months I will turn 37 and coincidentally that is the number of pounds I need to lose to reach my goal weight of 150. I don't really have a time frame in which I want to lose the weight I just want to be making progress towards that goal everyday by keeping my food journal, doing some exercise everyday and not overeating!
