My Goals:
My current weight is 165 lbs. I would like to lose 20 lbs. Given my age and height my optium weight is 147 lbs.

My Program:
Swimming 3 days per week for 45 minutes to 60 minutes

Curves Circuit Training 3 days per week

A walk around the park 3 days a week for 3 miles per day.

Personal Information:
I have always lived in Savannah, Ga.

I am 8 months retired from the School District

I am married to my high school sweetheart (After 30 plus years being apart)

1 biological son
2 granddaughters (My husband has about 15)

I am 63 years old.

I've been a member a little more than two years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained 30 back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!
