My Goals:
My current weight is 165 lbs. I would like to lose 20 lbs. Given my age and height my optium weight is 147 lbs.
My Program:
Swimming 3 days per week for 45 minutes to 60 minutes Curves Circuit Training 3 days per week A walk around the park 3 days a week for 3 miles per day.
Personal Information:
I have always lived in Savannah, Ga. I am 8 months retired from the School District I am married to my high school sweetheart (After 30 plus years being apart) 1 biological son 2 granddaughters (My husband has about 15) I am 63 years old.
