My name is Tonia, I am 24 years old...and I have two kids, Kyler and Noah. My husband and I have been together for nine years, and married for six years. We were high school sweethearts :-) Our oldest is in second grade, and he is very advanced and gifted. Our youngest is three, and he has food allergies, and developmental delays. I am hoping to lose about 25 or so more pounds. And I am hoping being on here efficiently will help me reach my goals! :-)

Trying to drink at least eight glasses of water a day, trying to walk more, trying to sleep more. Try to not eat under emotional stress, and just try to get healthier! The program I am following, is pretty much just common sense when it comes to weight loss and exercise. I am not going to do a fad diet, I am going to do it a way so that it sticks with me. I am going to try to eat about 1300 calories a day, and exericise at least thirty minutes a day. My ultimate goal is to do about an hour daily. I am going to purchase an elliptical so that will help to do the exercise early in the morning. I just want to be skinny again!

I am a HUGE Gator fan. My husband, my kids, and I are all Gator fans :o) My NFL team is Jacksonville Jaguars :o) GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GATORS!
I am a huge football fan! I love to play games on the Internet, and read. I also love to watch TV. I am very athletic when I want to be, and I just need to START working out, and then I will WANT to do it!

Saw you on my activity feed and thought I would stop by for a chat. Those Gators are struggling a bit with lack of experience, huh? I think we have the talent and things will improve as time goes by. Keeping working- Make this a great week. I had to change my "cheating" idea when I got closer to my goal weight. I use to have a cheat day now I have just a cheat meal. (or dessert) And I only cheat when I workout that day.
