Hey, I'm Jenny from South Florida! My best friend swears by SparkPeople so I had to check it out. My weight, since I can remember, has constantly been up and down and I just can't seem to stay motivated to get it (and keep it) where I feel comfortable. Hey, I'm Jenny from South Florida! My best friend swears by SparkPeople so I had to check it out. My weight, since I can remember, has constantly been up and down and I just can't seem to stay motivated to get it (and keep it) where I feel comfortable. The only weight loss program I've tried is Weight Watchers. It works wonders if you stay focused and attend the meetings. But it's easier said than done if you are just following the material without actually being a member (which I am attempting to do now). My job requires me to walk all day but that doesn't seem to help at all. My hectic schedule makes it hard for me to get to the gym, too. Most days I have no more energy left. So, thats me. Any motivational tips would be great!

My Goals:
In no particular order...
1. Stay focused on the big picture.
2. Keep a food journal.
3. Make better food choices... think with my head, not with my stomach!
4. Drink more water.
5. Stop being lazy and get to the gym.

My Program:
I'm trying to stick to what I know--counting points on the Weight Watchers program. But sometimes I feel as though the lower point choices aren't always the best. Any tips?

Other Information:
The best quote I've heard, I got from a fortune cookie...
"Only you can change your life. No one can do it for you." I have it taped on my food journal I just started for extra motivation.

Hey Jenny! Go under spark teams and look up WW. There is a team there for people who aren't going to meetings. Maybe that would be good for you. I will try to email you a link for it-Not sure if it will work! XOXO
